One of the first things we wanted to do was combine our services a single portal where you can view invoices, requests, projects and access important information all from a single portal. With the help of an industry leader, we have re-designed and built a new Client Portal offering you easy access to all your NFDS services. Create Tickets, View Projects and Statuses, View your agreements and access a how-to knowledge base of content designed for your business needs. Our Funeral and Trade clients will soon have a new portal feature as well.
AWS Focused Services
We have been working with partners from all areas of service delivery to build a more robust management solution to help align cost savings metrics and provide more direct service deliverability. In in mid-Q1 2024, our modern AWS management back-end services will be launched to provide clients with additional cost savings as well improved security. Those with our AWS Services will be contacted when their backend platform management goes live.
